PIKE & TUCKER LLC ,Loaned me the money to purchase my first real home with land . I am so thankful they gave me the opportunity to prove i was worthy of my word when I said I will never be late with my payments. We paid our home property off on October 21st 2025. Folks if they give you the opportunity to borrow the money for your home, be grateful, because now days its very hard to get a second chance to prove your worthiness. They fellas are amazing, believe in giving someone a hand up!!! Down to earth, home grown, good guys. Know that helping the little people goes a long way. Have loved every bit of the experience with them. Great, great fellas
Do not rent from these people they hardly respond when you try to contact them. Tried getting several things fixed and it took them multiple visits trying to fix simple things. Then time to move out tried saying that things were broke, when it was like that when we moved in. Just so we didn’t get our deposit back. These people are grimey and they overcharge for 30+ year old trailers with water damage and mold.
Helped us buy a home quickly and smoothly. Not a long process. Helpful with questions about the area.
Did not buy from them but over the phone they were helpful.
