Very professional and extremely diligent. Employees were friendly and made the experience pleasant; which is a first for an oil change. Compared to an oil change at Wal-Mart, this place is a godsend. I would much rather pay a few extra dollars here than have to wait in a small dingy room in Wal-Mart for hours on end for a simple walk-in oil change. I recommend this place highly and wish to conduct business with them in the future.

Extremely Unhappy - I took my mini-van into Lightning Lube in Marietta for an oil change and it has leaked oil ever since. I took it in on a Saturday and once I noticed a puddle of oil on my garage floor Saturday evening I took it back in first thing Monday morning (since they are closed on Sundays) their explanation was old oil that was drained puddled in the cross members under the front portion of the engine, OK fine then, they said they cleaned it all out of the braces/brackets...BUT it still continues to leave puddles o... read more
Very unprofessional...I took my brand new vehicle in for its first oil change on Wednesday. It was pulled into the garage. Five minutes later I was asked to come into the garage. He explained that only synthetic should be used and maybe I should contact the dealer to see if they could give me a better price since it was new.
