I’ve been shopping at this Pike location for about 4 years now. The employees are knowledgeable, kind, and helpful! I recently was gifted a plant for my birthday and noticed after only having it for a few weeks, it was dying. I called this Pike location and spoke to John, one of the managers there and he told me he would make a one time exception to exchange it since I’ve never returned or exchanged a plant in all the years I’ve been shopping with them. Plenty of plants to choose from and plenty of people to help you. We had a flower that did not live from last year. They did not have it in stock so they gave us a gift card to be able to purchase it at another store(which we did). Make sure you follow the simple steps to prove it died.
Went to go buy a nice tree, they were all very friendly and helpful! 😁🌲
