I love all Pike locations. This one is great - great selection and customer service! I purchased an expensive Japanese maple last spring and they took it back the next year when it died no issues. 350 bucks back! Loyal for life! Definitely worth becoming a play in the fort member for ease of past order look up and tons of cash back perks!
I’ve been shopping at this Pike location for about 4 years now. The employees are knowledgeable, kind, and helpful! I recently was gifted a plant for my birthday and noticed after only having it for a few weeks, it was dying. I called this Pike location and spoke to John, one of the managers there and he told me he would make a one time exception to exchange it since I’ve never returned or exchanged a plant in all the years I’ve been shopping with them.
