This location is great. Awesome customer service and everyone is so helpful.
I have recently become a lifelong Pikes customer. I used to shop at Home Depot. But the quality of service, and of the plants, at Pikes is so far superior, I will be shopping here from now on. Just be careful of their free workshops. I attended the "Shade Gardening" free workshop about a month ago, led by Joy at the Roswell store. I wanted to get 2 or 3 plants to add some color to my backyard. Ha! Joke's on me. Joy offered to look at photos of my yard and to help me choose plants. I purchased a Rosemary plant on the September 9th and within 2weeks the plant started turning gray and dying. I tried to exchange the plant but was told by the manager that Pike will not replace a plant only shrubs. The manager never even offered tips on how I could possibly revive the plant. His main priority was to shut me up and move me out of the way. Purchasing a plant from Pike Nursery used to mean quality and exceptional customer service. I went in for assistance with a plant I purchased from Pike. Upon my arrival there were 3 employees talking amongst themselves. However when I approached and asked for help suddenly one had to go to lunch, one barely acknowledged me and called for someone else, and the other individual said she could be of NO help because she “didn’t know anything about plants.” The person who did finally help was curt, unfriendly, and unkind.
