I am a current resident and would not recommend this property. Things that have happened IN the apartment: Pipes in the ceiling were leaking what turned out to be grey water from upstairs apts onto the loft steps. One of the loft steps broke not long after moving in. Dishwasher had weird plastic pieces broken off when we moved in.
