I would give zero if I could!! Place is a joke my dentist struggled to do a filling on my front tooth had to ask her to fix it several time felt like she didn't have much experience and now that tooth is really sensitive to cold and it wasn't like that before now i gotta fine a different dentist to fix there mistakes. Was very rude the whole time. Then on top of all that they charged me for work they didn't even do and refused to work with me at all!!! Don't waste your time there there a reason there ratings are low
Staff is very rude, especially the front desk. Unprofessional and made the experience harder than it needed to be. Not a good experience. Would not recommend.
I have been going to different dental offices for over half-a-century, but today was a truly refreshing experience! In an age where you are rushed in and out of professional offices as quickly as possible to increase turn and profit margin, rarely does customer satisfaction, service, and well being come first. I love this place! Shelby, Grace and Dr. Martino are just the best! Engaging, thorough and experienced. Best dental team around! I also have to say that everyone at the desks in front are the same. A+++
