The women at the counter were incredibly rude. I was in a rush and accidentally forgot a few important things, and they looked at me like I was a problem. As if helping with situations like this isn’t part of their job. However, the nurse was super sweet and bc of her I’m giving it 2 stars
I looked up this place before giving it a try with my pregnancy, and I really should’ve listened to what other reviewers said about their bad customer service. I didn’t think front office staff’s attitude would affect my experience much since I would be treated by doctors and nurses anyway. Boy I was wrong. When you first go in, they’re busy talking amongst themselves and wouldn’t even look to see what I need. I would leave zero stars if I could. My wife needs a certain procedure done. Went in for testing back in Nov. 2024, didn't hear from anyone, tried contacting the office with no success. I had to take time off work and stop by the office to get assistance. She was finally able to schedule her surgery. She now tried calling to get an estimated cost on the procedure in which she was transferred to 5 people all who don't seem to know what they are doing. I’ve gone to dr.soto as well as dr.mercurio both are excellent doctors and attentive as well as the medical assistants that work closely with the patients, however the front desk receptionists as well as over the phone customer service here is TERRIBLE they are extremely rude from the moment you walk in they don’t know how to greet patients and make you feel like you are a bother by being there.
