The medical staff and providers at this office have been excellent, and I appreciate the care I've received from the back-office team. Unfortunately, my experience with the front office has been consistently disappointing. At my first appointment, I arrived 15 minutes early to check in. During a prior phone registration, my phone number had been entered incorrectly, which prevented me from receiving pre-check-in information and appointment reminders. Dr. Evans is incredibly kind and knowledgeable. I was very nervous and she took great care of me and made me feel very comfortable. Stephanie at the front desk and Erica were also so so kind and helpful! What a great facility. I genuinely walked out with a smile!
Una total decepción el servicio al cliente en este lugar. Llamé el jueves para hacer una cita y me dieron toda la información por teléfono y me confirmaron que mi cita era l martes 19 de mayor a las 3pm. A lo que llegue me dijeron que no tenían una cita para mi. Le dije a la chica del mostrador que juegan con el tiempo de los pacientes y su respuesta fue: señora guárdese sus comentarios. Why would a nurse tell a patient their condition will eventually kill them and treatment will only buy time? Then the doctor does not say that? Allow the doctor to speak if you can't be sympathetic or empathetic.
All the front staff and the lady who fills out the paperwork for your job are all rude I don’t understand it at all & they just schedule you an appointment without confirming with you if you are available as if we don’t work or other responsibilities & get mad when you say you aren’t available that day. & this goes for the high risk office to they aren’t any nicer. The doctors are nice though haven’t had any issues with any of the OBGYNs all have been really helpful
