I did a culture ordered by a urologist in this office and the result came out positive which indicate I need antibiotic asap. Yet, first of all, the office did not call me to notify the result, 2nd, when I called this office twice a day for two days for the doctor to prescribe the antibiotic, no doctor from this office returned my call, leave me suffering for two days without the medicine.
