Horrible service!! Front office is rude and disrespectful. Doctor wasn’t Thorough all. barely check my son gave a prescription sent him on his way. We paid cash for his visit 250.00 appt was 5min. Disappointed and disgusted with the lack of proper care.
Rude customer service Not helpful at all I’ve been going there for years. They have always been helpful The receptionist would not help was very rude
I took my son who was having an asthma attack to the urgent care off S. Azusa yesterday cause it was closer to my house than the ER off Whittier Blvd and they told me it would be 3hrs if I wanted to wait!! That was a crazy response from a nurse who is physically looking at a child in distress!! Obviously I had words to say and ended up leaving to go to the ER where they took him in within 5min just by seeing how distressed he looked!!
