Quality going down
You have to pay for parking as a PATIENT?! NO VALIDATION EITHER. Paid my MRI exam copay, then they got me leaving the parking lot for a little extra. That’s despicable. PIH, be ASHAMED.
Went to radiology after my varicose surgery. The medical assistant there is a nasty unprofessional woman who just doesn't get fired. She kept demanding a list of medications even though she had it on a computer. After I told her that I didn't come to argue with her, she told me to calm down. After I saw the doctor she acted like I scared her just for still being there. Find a different place if you don't want to be treated like that. I did complain to the doctor but she just doesn't lose her job!
Terrible! I've been trying to make an appointment for my mother. I was on hold for over 30 minutes and was disconnected. I tried to use the call back option, but of course, that takes to you a voice mail system that requires a password.Eventually, I used option 1, which is for doctors and someone picked right up. The lady who answered transferred me to the appropriate person. Why is this so hard? Please fix these issues. This really makes you look unhelpful and unprofessional.
People should based their reviews in the doctor experience not of the receptionist answer or not if she smile or not !
