I have been with my facility for years at least more than 40 years. The care has really depleted, I had surgery in 2023 I felt like I was at a county hospital, 2 weeks later I’m getting a bill from I know the process of billing it’s has if I got the bill before they even reach out to my insurance, the communication regarding the billing was handled very poorly I spent a year to get all my bills paid, my insurance was informing me to have PIH contact them, I even wound up paying and had to be reimbursed by PIH I am tired of b... read more
Dr Lombardo in the Los Alamitos location is the best primary doctor. Appts with in 2 days. Although the Ped’s department horrible, and little to say about the other departments. The Whole PIH HAS Decline quickly. Less doctors 3 months to see a specialist. Terrible. The only reason i gave it 3 stars was because of Dr Lombardo. He deserves 10 stars.
