These are the worst insurance network I have ever had and I have a few I was waiting on an appointment with cardiologist for my little boy and when I finally get it the send me the wrong address so I missed my appointment!!!!!! They suck do not choose them as your insurance network like No!!!!!!
I have been with my facility for years at least more than 40 years. The care has really depleted, I had surgery in 2023 I felt like I was at a county hospital, 2 weeks later I’m getting a bill from I know the process of billing it’s has if I got the bill before they even reach out to my insurance, the communication regarding the billing was handled very poorly I spent a year to get all my bills paid, my insurance was informing me to have PIH contact them, I even wound up paying and had to be reimbursed by PIH I am tired of b... read more
