PIH Health, Dr. Jeffrey Mora. Arrogant and abrasive. Thinks he can do a diagnosis without knowing my symptoms. He shut me up when I tried to explain critical and utterly unique details. He found nothing wrong when, in fact, I have pinched blood vessels in my neck, leaving me with near fainting spells. I cannot recommend Mora nor PIH to anyone, ever.
Terrible customer service, they let you wait on the phone for a long time and when they finally answer you, they can't help you to solve the problem for which you called them. In addition, they are not careful to verify the information with the medical insurance and they charge the co-payment that they believe is convenient for them, just because they say that a specialist is treating you, even when the client has already verified with the medical insurance, they charge you what they want and do not help you to correct the m... read more
