Got scolded for opening the door the the lab, after being directed to go to the lab.
We had such a great experience with this office. All the staff were so friendly and nice. They made my daughter feel so special by waiting outside the room with lollipops and stickers when she was done with her visit. Dr. Stephan Kato was caring, kind, and efficient and was able to answer all my questions without hesitation. The office was able to accommodate my daughter with a same day appointment. It was awesome, we will definitely be switching over to this bellflower location.

My whole family is seeing Dr. Cortez around 25 years and for us he is the best doctor. He is friendly and respectful. His nurses are very nice, maybe is because I’m nice to them too. I highly recommend Dr. Cortez.
Do not got to Dr Maultries office they are unorganized, unprofessional and just unbelievable. I took a whole day off from work to get an exam but they had to Reschedule me and there trying to charge me for an office exam. The office manager Wendy is rude and doesn’t try to help you at all. I’ll call Dr Maultries office to see what my test results are and they can’t even do that properly, one time the never received them until months later and when I would call to check the would tell me the results to my test before that one... read more
