I hope the PIH management sees this review. I seldom write reviews, but as a business owner myself, I felt disappointed by my experience here because it seemed like the office was not being properly managed. Here are my observations: 1. The front desk staff member spoke extremely loudly and came across as intimidating. Absolutely unacceptable experience. I waited over 45 minutes despite being third in line, while multiple people who arrived after me were taken in ahead of me. For a clinic that claims to operate on a first-come, first-served basis, this is blatant mismanagement. When I questioned it, the nurse responded by raising her voice and threatening to refuse service and ask me to leave. The girls here are all so nice! The girls up front explained my insurance information to me that was easy to understand. I only waited at most 15 minutes. I will only be coming here now instead of quest.
