So maybe the long wait time for check in is because the girl at the front is too busy on her cell phone. I walked up there after 20 minutes asking if she needed any information and she stated she was still Checking in the gentlemen before me. This was after I saw her put her phone down. I went back to sit down and because I am nosey I got up took a peak through the window and there she was writing a damn novel of a text message. She thinks she is sly but no girl. Do better. unreasonably long wait for check-in
It took them 48 minutes to get me cheked in and registered. Then another 22 minutes until I was called to have services done. 4 people sitting at the desks, but only 1 person taking people. 2 were alternating between sorting and stacking paperwork or staring at their monitors while continously clicking their mouse. 1 was inflating balloons.
Worst place to get your blood drawn. I should have read the reviews before going this morning. I waited an hour and an half and I didn’t get my blood drawn. Very disappointed.
