My son's annual check up was scheduled at 11:30. I checked in online the day before and We arrived 15 min ahead of time. At 12:50 the doctor had still not attended my son. I asked to speak to the office manager and wouldn't you know it, she had just stepped into a meeting. I understand kids may not be easy patients however i also know they overbook appointments and cram patients. I expect more from my health providers. Very dissatisfied

I needed a refill on my Venlafaxine (Effexor). I went to this location because it’s a few blocks from my parents’ house and I had been there many times before, and my doctor in NYC would not authorize a refill. Not only would they not see me for an exam, they sent a nurse out who condescendingly explained to me that they DO NOT REFILL MENTAL HEALTH MEDICATIONS. She then suggested I try an ER.
