I am really mad because I was scheduled for chemotherapy this morning and when I was leaving I received a call from the infusion center canceling my appointment and pushing it out 2 weeks. The part that irks me is that I made a couple of attempts to confirm my appointment with the doctor’s office and the infusion center. The front desk receptionist is rude and loud, you would think that the front desk would be warm and understanding on the contrary she was rude and loud. She was helping me then picked up the call while she put a finger up to me.
Nice office staff they have a Personal touch and showed interest in me as a person.
This office is horrible. Receptionist are not helpful and scheduling is horrible. I come in just for a B12 shot in back office but have to go through a lazy front office.
Worst experience ever!! After my dads first round of chemo the dr said if the 2nd round shows no change then we’re going to go to hospice! WTH?!!! How are you just gonna sign him off like that! And the office and nurses are no help, they don’t care about anyone! They never return phone calls, and never call to give us test results. We moved to City of Hope and the literally gave us a new hope! Never stop fighting for yourself! This place doesn’t fight for you!
