I agree with the other reviewers on here. I just got off the phone with them and the receptionist ended the conversation abruptly and hung up on me without giving me an opportunity to discuss further. I'm switching to the other office in Downey. Hopefully they will have better customer service.
I am really mad because I was scheduled for chemotherapy this morning and when I was leaving I received a call from the infusion center canceling my appointment and pushing it out 2 weeks. The part that irks me is that I made a couple of attempts to confirm my appointment with the doctor’s office and the infusion center. The front desk receptionist is rude and loud, you would think that the front desk would be warm and understanding on the contrary she was rude and loud. She was helping me then picked up the call while she put a finger up to me.
Nice office staff they have a Personal touch and showed interest in me as a person.
This office is horrible. Receptionist are not helpful and scheduling is horrible. I come in just for a B12 shot in back office but have to go through a lazy front office.
