terribly horrid staff, espescially reception absolutely terrible, you have better luck going to downey or litteraly anywhere else
My first visit was great. The next 3 times, including today, have been very poor experiences. They literally turn away their own patients and crack smiles about it. They are not welcoming, and obviously, the receptionist hate their jobs. It's sad they allow people into hospitals that don't have compassion, so sick people and babies are not priority. The building itself looks like a factory. Best health care in world? Worst one I've seen yet.
