0 stars. I was just assaulted by Dr Kathleen Morgan, who damaged and dislocated my shoulder by forcibly hugging me hard after being 1 hour late to my first new patient visit. This doctor was so rude, so unprofessional, so cold and dismissive that she interrupted me 30 seconds into me describing my first acute care need for referral. I love PIH family medicine like I said Dr Kathleen L Morgan is so nice,, polite has she listens to what you have to say and she gives great health advice she's a very good doctor hand Doctor Kathleen Morgan makes you feel comfortable and nurses the receptionist are also polite it's just a friendly environment you just feel comfortable and welcome that's what I like about it Hennessy general free zone you can tell Dr Morgan pretty much anything about your health concerns and she will help you and when you make appointment you... read more
I simply love PIH Health I been a patient with PIH Health for about six months now and everything is going great so far I can't complain my primary care doctor is cool he's polite, caring, compassionate and helpful and he listens to his patients without enterupting and the nurses also cool they are super nice and friendly and you have to wait a long time to be called when your in the waiting room so that's a plus overall I had a good experience with PIH Health!
Their customer service is non existent. They will tell lies just to give you the runaround. Every since PIH has taken over the quality has rapidly gone down hill.
