The doctor was 1 hr 20 min late for my appointment. Appointment was at 10 am and doctor saw me at 11:20 am Edit: The doctor who helped me was very kind, took all of my concerns into consideration. I am pleased with the visit itself, but not the wait time.
For approximately two weeks now, I’ve been trying to call to make an appointment. I want to use PIH as it has all of my health records, but this specific department is so myopic in its requirements to schedule an appointment, it makes it almost completely impossible.
