UPDATE: I tried to file a complaint for this and they said they would call me back and never did. HORRIBLE OFFICE NEVER COME HERE!!!! Didn’t even have to go here to know they are extremely rude and will not be helpful. I called to try to schedule as a new patient. She said they aren’t accepting new patients. Fine that’s fair. And she was going to give me info for a resource and wanted me to write it down. Very easy to talk to, both drs Balbas and Moldovan .I am a new patient to both and so far very pleasant and helpful.
Reception refused to answer my questions by continuing to say goodbye as I asked. They hung up promptly. This is so inappropriate, especially when speaking to patients who are seeking HELP for mental illness. I am so disappointed in PIH.
The vibe in this building is so calming, I hate going to the doctors, I've never had problems with anyone except the Doctor, I went to see the doctor and this jerk tells me well, we will handle this CANCER when I get back from vacation, did he just say CANCER??? I got really upset, and told him this is your bedside manner, I told him, that is so wrong for you to leave that word CANCER, and you run off...well I changed doctors, and there's no CANCER...THIS DOCTOR WAS REPROMANDED, AND I WAS BLESSED DOCTOR, HE WAS AWESOME....
