Appointment was at 10am. Its been over 30 minutes and still waiting.
I don't trust you guys with our care if you get hacked. We have been calling for over a week trying to get follow up appointment for my son. The exchange who PIH selected to answer their phone told us to show up to see Dr Reinstadler. When we showed Sandra was rude. Her attitude put me in a bad mood from the moment we started talking. I've been calling trying to schedule an appointment with this place and can not get a call back and Im put on hold for 20 mins. I hang up after that. How is this place still open.
My brother got admitted in this hospital, the Doctor are great but the nusrses restrictions they have in the ICU unit is stupid they don't cooperate with 3rd family members is bad, they allow one call a day to get information on our love one's they don't understand that there are Mother's, siblings, sons, and daughters, don't have they luxury to put gas on there vehicles, the economi is so bad for middle class people 🥺🥺🥺🥹🥹😭
