These people are the definition of everything professionalism isn’t. You only speak to this assistant who seems lost coordinating between the owner and the customer. First they schedule to come out then they don’t show up and in the afternoon calls saying the boss needs a picture of the panel ( you couldn’t have asked prior to scheduling ). Second, they randomly show up the following day when no one is home without giving any notice and call saying we’re outside. Just got rear ended by one of your genius drivers while he had his head buried in his phone. Then proceeds to shrug his shoulders and say “derrr accidents happen”. Put the phone down! Ridiculous
