We had a great experience at Pigtails & Crewcuts on Maize Road in Wichita. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment you walk in. You can tell they genuinely enjoy working with kids. They were patient, calm, and knew exactly how to make my child feel comfortable in the chair. Horrible. Was not able to even remotely cut the child's hair into a style. I choose to send my great grandson here for his first birthday. The trip was a waste of gas, time, energy and money. Save all of that and just do a cut at home and take your own picture. We were very disappointed with the baby book pic and lack of hair given back to us. My 4 year old daughter recently got ahold of the scissors and, “cut her bangs off”, it was pretty bad. Brought her here (where she always gets her haircut) and they really helped a lot, very grateful and they are an absolutely great kids haircut salon. 10/10.

My four year old went in with the most beautiful, long curly hair. While I did need it to be shorter, I did not want it to be as short as it came out. She did the first big chop way too short and now my poor boys hair looks like he should be in a nursing home. They were friendly and good with kids, but this particular stylist was not so good with cutting curly hair.
