My four year old went in with the most beautiful, long curly hair. While I did need it to be shorter, I did not want it to be as short as it came out. She did the first big chop way too short and now my poor boys hair looks like he should be in a nursing home. They were friendly and good with kids, but this particular stylist was not so good with cutting curly hair. Been coming here for probably 7-8 YEARS every 1-2 MONTHS. We are 25 min away, had a little trouble getting out of the school line and we were going to show up 10 min late. Called to let them know and they said they would have to cancel our appt and they have a 7 min late rule. Funny we’ve sat there waiting on them longer than 7 min before. Just found that odd to lose a customer over 3 min.

Luke is fantastic with my boys haircuts! He is patient and listens to what they want (or what I say they want). He gives suggestions if he doesn’t think it will look good and recommends a different option.
