Avoid This Place at All Costs! I took my 9-month-old for his first haircut here, hoping for a gentle, baby-friendly experience. What a nightmare! The stylist was okay, but the receptionist was an absolute horror. She spent the entire time glaring at us, rolling her eyes, and making the ugliest faces while my poor baby cried his little heart out. Let me start with Madison and Rose do a fantastic job you can’t go wrong with either of them. However you can go wrong with the new owner. Per policy if you are 7 min late your appointment will be cancelled. Well Saturday we were 5 min late and when I walked in the owner told me “it’s Saturday we’re busy we had to move to the next person.” Mind you there were other stylist available yet he had Madison (who we had an appointment booked with weeks in advance) move to another child. Rebekah did such you a great job on my 2 year old’s hair, despite all of his cowlicks! Such a fun place, everyone was very kind.
Rose did a great job with our 6 year old sons haircut! He wanted "stylish spiky hair" (his words) and from the moment he sat in her chair he didn't stop smiling. :) She was fast, professional, and polite. Most important she made this little boys day by giving him the exact hair he wanted...he looks so cute! #thankyou♡
