The staff is always great with kids. My son went from screaming throughout his haircuts to laughing the whole time

I'd like to file a complaint regarding my experience at the salon. I brought my young child for a haircut, but unfortunately, the woman who performed the cut was clearly inexperienced. She didn't even know how to hold the clippers properly, and it was obvious she lacked the skills to cut a child's hair. Honestly, it was an uncomfortable experience for me as a mother, as I expected professional service, especially when it involved a young child. Today I had the best experience with my baby's first haircut. I was worried about how it would turn out and whether I would really let Madisson do her job, but she definitely earned 5 stars with her attitude, professionalism, patience, and empathy with children. My son isn't very sociable with strangers, but the way she interacts with the children, the way she plays with their toys, bubbles, and accessories, makes them feel comfortable and at ease. Worst haircut ever. Do not let your children to get their haircut. The results were so bad and it cost me $35 for a 3 yr old. Just a waste of time and money
