First time coming and we will never go again. My son’s haircut is so uneven, the area around his ears is completely different on both sides and multiple spots were missed. I gave her a picture of a previous haircut and she just butchered it. VERY DISSATISFIED. Do NOT recommend going here.

Went for a haircut for my 6yr old and the "cut" took less than 5 minutes. The stylist never combed out her hair or wet it before she just chopped at the bottom. It was very uneven & when I asked her to look at it, she seemed annoyed. she seemed like she didnt want to be there from the beginning. Her hair still looks uneven & butchered. $30 for a very unprofessional experience and crappy job that will need to be fixed elsewhere.

Do not advertise walk-ins available if that is not true. We were brought in, made to wait 15 minutes with zero communication, and then casually told the earliest availability was an hour later. That is not a walk-in—that is poor management and misleading customers.

Walked in last night to get info and Amber ended up giving our son his first haircut. She was absolutely incredible, so welcoming and accommodating. We liked her so much, we have an appt for my daughter later this week!

I have gone here 2 times. The first time, we had an appointment and were made to wait over half an hour after the appointment time for someone who walked in after us. It seemed the stylist knew them, so they took them before taking us. Even though we had an appointment. It has been a year and I thought I'd give it another chance. Both my girls were wanting hair cuts. This time, we were welcomed and sat quickly with stylists. I thought that was good. However, the rest of the experience was sub-par.
