I really wanted to like this place but…I scheduled an appointment online for my son. We showed up 3 minutes late for his haircut as parking was a little jammed. We stood and waited for 5 minutes for anyone to acknowledge us. There was one woman there finishing up a little girl’s haircut. She finally looked over and asked who the appointment was for then checked her computer and said “you’re 8 minutes late and there’s a 5 minute grace period. Love this place! My 2 year old had his first haircut today and had a great experience sitting in a fun chair, playing with magnetic toys on the steering wheel, and watching a movie. The stylist was great as well. We will definitely be back.
Highly recommend this place for small children. Kaylin and Amber are both amazing with my 1 year old little boy. He does not like to stay still, but he gets an amazing cut every time. Always a good experience!
My husband was scheduled for 12:45 and arrived at 12:50, within the five minute late allowance. The salon was locked up. Lights off. They left for lunch. They said they could see our son at two. Unacceptable. We will not be returning.
I am disappointed with the Hair Stylist. Not just he messed up my kids haircut he didn't seem too keen of working there. I asked specifically to blend my kids hair after fade because I can see he messed it up and he ruined that also. I have used there MTP location in the past & this was an exception that we were in Summerville area and I cancelled my appointment in MTP to give them business in Summerville and this turn out to be a horrible experience.
