We did our daughter's first haircut here with the first haircut package. We keep going back because it's a great chill environment for kids to keep the nerves away and all the stylists have been awesome and patient. At the end, they offer to braid and spray in sparkles which is so fun. Highly recommend!
I took my 2 year old to this place for the first time knowing that my kid cries a lot whenever he gets a haircut. I was hoping that I will have a pleasant experience in this place since it is designed for kids. But unfortunately we had a very poor experience. Our hair stylist Bella seemed very disinterested, annoyed and did nothing to calm my 2 yr old when he was crying his lungs out. Tiff is AMAZING! She is patient and understands my son’s wiggles and fears. My son has a sensory processing disorder and struggles with noises and feelings as they scare him. She takes her time to make him comfortable and shows and lets him touch the clippers to show him they won’t hurt. She works with him not against him. She has made him excited to get his hair cut! She actually talks to him too! She checks in with me to make sure we are getting the cut we want too. I won’t have anyone else cut his hair!
The stylist are really good with kids. They make my kids feel comfortable right away. My kids love getting temporary color and wacky styles after their cut. It's so fun for them.
We were happy with our vist today. We called in the morning and they were able to fit us in for a cut for my son and ear piercing for my daughter. Lindsey gave my son a mullet and did a great job! She was very friendly and gave us options to make my son more comfortable. Heather did my daughters ears and looks amazing! Overall we were very pleased with our experience.
