Took my 26 month old granddaughter for a hair cut . She loved the play room before the appointment . When time came for her haircut , she was able to pick her “ chair”. She chose the jeep just like her daddy ! Staff was great with her, no fussing and she actually stayed still . The haircut came out great !
Unfortunately, we experienced a significant decline in service quality today. On previous occasions, I had taken my child to the barber Maggi, who was exceptionally professional, charismatic, and made him feel safe. Today, however, we were assisted by a different stylist who completely lacked the tact and empathy required when working with toddlers. The whole team at pigtails and crew cuts were AMAZING! My son was upset, but Melissa was super patient and kind. Cierra and Kendra also came over and tried to encourage and talk to him. Can’t recommend them enough.
