I had a terrible experience with Suzy for my daughter's haircut appointment. Instead of a proper salon chair, my daughter was made to sit on a stool as they were busy, and Suzy never asked if we were okay waiting for a regular chair to open up. To make matters worse, when we asked to add a shampoo, she bluntly refused, stating it wasn't in the original appointment. Terrible customer service—we will not be returning.
We came here for my son’s first haircut and loved it! Very inviting space for littles. We booked the first haircut package. He’s just about to turn 1 and we were nervous that he might be too young but Ms Rhian did an amazing job. She was very patient, kind and did a nice job trying to divert my son’s attention because he was not very happy during the service. We will definitely be back! Thanks again Ms Rhian!!
My child always has an amazing time at Pigtails & Crew Cuts. Having a child friendly salon is so amazing. The whole staff is so patient and welcoming to every family.
