Horrible experience. They say you have a 5 minute grace but they take that time off from the cut. Therefore you have no grace time, which doesn’t make sense.
I would not recommend if you want a well-done cut. They’re fast but not detail-oriented.
I can’t recommend Pigtails & Crewcuts enough! Yesenia cuts our autistic son’s hair, and she is truly amazing. She’s so patient, gentle, and understanding, which makes the whole experience calm and positive for him. Every haircut turns out great, and it’s clear she genuinely cares about her clients. We’re so thankful to have found her!
We were visiting (fall break) and needed haircuts. The girls loved their haircuts and styles! They were pampered and left feeling like princesses! Thank you so much!
Not a great experience at all. We were both very excited for her first haircut. We booked the first haircut package and wasn’t given it. Our stylist was late. She didn’t even introduce herself so idk her name. She wasn’t very friendly with my 2 year old so she wasn’t comfortable. The bags are cute way too short. I showed her two pictures of what I wanted and one picture of what I didn’t want. This is literally what I didn’t want.
