This is the second time I have booked this hairstylist, and the staff overall are excellent, so I give them a five-star rating. However, I do not approve of the store manager and the receptionist having a heated discussion while my son was getting his haircut; I do not believe such unprofessionalism should happen while clients are receiving services.
Nikki was the best stylist we’ve ever had there and we’ve been going for 4 years. W will be requesting her from now on.
Dora is amazing with my son! Haircuts have always been really hard for him, but she is so patient and works so well with him. She’s super quick, which helps him tolerate the haircut, and even when he’s moving or having a hard time, she works around him and still does such a great job. I’ve noticed my son is starting to tolerate haircuts more and more, and I really think having someone like Dora who is quick, patient, and understanding has helped so much. ❤
poor service ! we were 10 minutes late because of the farmer’s market being there they already had the door closed at 540. Just talking to each to each other and on their phones telling me they closed their register 20 min early . The Manager was extremely rude. 👎🏻👎🏻
