I took my son yesterday for his 1st haircut experience and it did not disappoint! Brianna was incredibly kind and professional, and another staff member working the desk was kind enough to blow bubbles to keep his attention. Overall, would highly recommend. The 1st haircut keepsake was a super sweet touch, and my husband and I will cherish these photos. Thank you again! Looking forward to our next appointment with Brianna.
I like this place. I've had good experience in the past. But the stylist Stephane M was very rude to me. We were just 7 minutes late and the place was empty and she rudely told me that if you are 5 minutes late, we cancel your appointment. I understand if the place was pack and there were a lot of people waiting in line, that would make sense, but the place was literally empty. She acted extremely rude to us.
