Worst haircut. We have to tell multiple times to get the correct haircut. Such a dumb lady.

We tried this particular location twice. There was no wait time both times, which was great. The customer service overall is lacking. We brought out daughter in for her first haircut and we not informed as to what was included in the 1st haircut package, I ended up just looking at their website. The stylist seemed bored, unenthusiastic and hardly talked to my daughter. The second time we tried a different stylist but unfortunately we were met with a disengaged stylist. Super cute place, but unfortunately we won't try again.

This was the first time here and it was a terrible experience. The stylist, was not friendly at all. She cut my sons hair more than what I had specified. My son left the salon with hair all over his neck and it if wasn't for me cleaning up his face he would have left with hair all over his face too. If you are lookibg for a first time haircut I suggest finding a place that has friendly stylist who care about making them feel comfortable.

Wendy the manager and her Husband need to return my tools not having them has hurt my family and has impaired my ability to work.
