Perfect Place To Be A Kid I absolutely love this place! I have been taking my two children there since they opened. We started at the Gayton Store and were thrilled when they opened the Midlothian store seeing as we live on that side of town. I commend everyone that works there because I know it is not an easy job but someone has to do it. To comment on the stylist review I may have some insight as to why the two african american stylists were fired. Preverts I'm a Stylist, that just so happened to work at this kids salon for over 5years under the old owner Michael Kim. When the new owners took over, they fired the two black stylist that they had........Ron and Natasha..........they both worked there for sometime. Judy and Reggie (Present Owners) don't care for black stylist! It dosent matter if the stylist is great, and have work there for sometime....they will fire you. Fun children's haircut experience, but overpriced for uneven quality Kids get to sit in airplanes or cars in a festive colored room while they get their haircurt. TVs show kid-friendly movies . Train table and video game system (for older kids) help entertain those waiting.

Pigtails and Crewcuts is a disappointment We went in for a trim and our experience was disappointing at best. Sure, the cars are cute, but I just want a decent haircut. I had to re-trim my daughter's bangs at home and they were still uneven because they'd been cut so short on one side. My daughter will sit very still and has always been good for haircuts, so there was really no reason to rush. I would love to be able to recommend this place, but I simply cannot.
