I had to go through him for an insurance claim. Long story short I had my medical treatment taken away because he seemed more interested in taking care of his puppy in the next room than he did listening to what was going on with my neck and back injury. He wrote a false letter stating that I basically am able to go about my normal daily routine and activities without issues. RecommendedDr. Pignatelli gives each patient the focus and indiviual treament they need. He has helped every member of our family including daughters and son-in-law along with myself and my husband. He takes his time with each one of us and gives us just what we need. He also doesn't hesitate to send you to a specialist if you need it. He is a wonderful healer!
Good doctor but failed when it came to billing. He was never able to tell me what my co-pay was, always stating that his receptionist would let me know "next time". There was never a clear indication of what I owed and I was hit with a nearly $700 balance. Fast forward a few months, I receive a letter stating that I have an outstanding balance (which I knew) but the balance was nearly $100 more than the remaining balance on my last payment receipt, with no services in between.. No credit cards.
Please tell everyone you know about this amazing doctor! Professionally I work as a nurse,and in 1999, I recieved a neck/shoulder injury while tranfering a patient, started having muscle spasms in my neck and shoulder so bad, I'd have to take muscle relaxants and be knocked out for a day!!! They called the condition Tendonopathy, and my only option when the spasms would start is to take muscle relaxants and Tens units to help calm them, mind you this is for 17 years I've suffered with these
My wife and I went to see him on an insurance claim for my wifes neck injury. During the exam he crossed both his hands and put them on her head and pushed down. Now mind you, she has a neck injury. She left there in more pain and discomfort and pain then when we walked-in. Plus he wanted us to buy kind of natural sleeping medican. He had a very uncaring attude about him when I letter talked to him about my wifes pain that he caused. I WILL NEVER go to or take my wife back to him agin!
