Tijdens onze 2019 Roadtrip en ons bezoek aan Glacier NP bezochten we ook Whitefish, MT en hebben meer dan heerlijk gegeten bij Piggyback BBQ. De vriendelijke atmosfeer en het erg lekkere eten (erg veel is ‘homemade’) vielen erg op. Wij hebben beiden een (verschillende) ‘2 meat platter’ gehad en alles was even lekker. Ook de huisgemaakte cheesecake was heeeeel erg lekker.

Every bite was delicious with friendly, attentive service from Caitlin. Portions were bigger than expected so my dinner is tomorrow’s lunch :) Wings were perfectly smoked with crispy skin, juicy meat, and just the right smoke flavor. Dry rubbed ribs were also perfectly executed for flavor and texture, and the sauce was simply a lovely bonus. Yum!
