Piggyback does truly great BBQ, but it is just SO much more than that. The Mahi Mahi tacos are incredible and the Stumptown burger with its smoked Gouda redefines the term "guilty pleasure". With a well thought out selection of craft beers, excellent wines and a diverse menu created by some real artists Piggyback BBQ is a laid back culinary dream.
