2 days before my wedding, it was brought to my attention that our outdoor pizza party for our rehearsal dinner was likely not going to be an option (thank you to upstate NY rain), as you may imagine, 2 days before my wedding I had quite a bit on my plate. The thought of finding a last minute rehearsal dinner that was good (major foodie here!) was slim to none.
