If I could give 0 stars I would. My mother & her bf went in here to get me 2 pet rats for my birthday. They specifically said 2 males, & my mom asked the owner how he could tell the difference since they’re babies. He was a smart ass and told her “the same way you tell the difference with humans, BALLS.” Then guess what happens a couple weeks of having them.. a bunch of babies. He gave us a male & female after being so rude. Then we called to see if we could at least drop off the babies there, he could just resell them, and ... read more
I go here for rats just because of my lack of options. There reptiles look vary sick and there enclosers look nasty. Owner seems like a nice guy and I get good service here. I don't like supporting this place and if there was another place to get rats around me I'd go there instead.

My favorite pet store. The people are friendly and knowledgeable. The animals are obviously well cared for.
Jordan Gamble in the last week This place doesn't even deserve one star. It wreaked of smoke when you walk in and had fish in rusting tubs? They have no idea how to take care of pets and are clearly uneducated. The reptiles looked sick and they rats/mice were dying in the back. All the small animals had their food bowls overflowing and their cages were FILTHY. They make petco look amazing. I have never seen so much neglect of animals they are trying to sell??
