I see negative comments on this site and was wondering if anyone complained to management, instead of going directly to social media with your problems. Give them a chance to correct the problem first and then go to social media if they don't.

When this store first opened the employees were so helpful, happy and nice. All of these things have definitely gotten way worse. That's too bad because I loved this store. Now considering going back to where I use to shop. Customer service is very important to me.
