Please beware. Owner may have a short fuse and a hot temper. We were told to arrive between 8 and 9 on two different phone calls. At 8:30am we pulled up in two vehicles along the narrow street. My husband waved to the man inside and he returned the wave. So hubby opened the gates and began to pull in. The man came out yelling. Was told today Sunday by Brian to bring in my van at 10am we were there waiting called him he said no I told you 9 sorry I left and my days already planned he was very rude and unprofessional
has always done an outstanding job on our vehicles. Take them in with everything taken out & they come back sparkling clean everywhere. Just did my 2017 Forrester & it looks like new. Thank you so much
