this was the best store in summerville sadly it closed april 27 2013 i though it was a nice store it was always clean and the staff was so freindly and helpful

ruined my wedding bouquet. I was referred to Piggly Wiggly to make my wedding bouquet because it was supposedly quite inexpensive and good work. In this case, you get what you pay for! I wanted a simple ball of roses to carry down the aisle. I even showed several pictures of what I would like to the florist and got a price quote from her. The DAY OF my wedding I went to pick up the bouquet and it looked absolutely horrible, nothing like what I wanted. Very clean store, lots of specials Piggly Wiggly is not my "main" grocery store that I shop at only because they are more expensive. However, they have excellent meat and I purchase 95% or more of my meats there. They have specials a lot on steaks and reduce meat early in the mornings. If you look carefully, you can always find a good deal on meat that ends up being a much better buy than the meat at Walmart, etc. Piggly Wiggly has "greenbax" promotions where when you use your shopper card you earn points towards free items ... read more
