I'm a huge fan of Pig Iron Cola so when I found out the creator of the soda also had a bbq joint in Seattle, I counted the days till I could get up there from the SF Bay Area to see if the bbq was as good as their amazing cola. Finally got up to Seattle yesterday and headed straight there from the airport for lunch. Love the food, great cocktails and the cutest waitresses in town!
The brisket was smokey and had just enough fat to give best flavor and texture. Cream corn was the best I gave ever tasted. Spinich casserole is not to be missed. My absolute favorite BBQ joint in Seattle. Too bad about short hours and that mashed potato salad.
Nice place. Stopped in after my flight from Atlanta. Jennifer was very nice and gave us a tour of the place. Nice bar next door with good layout. BBQ was good. Much better than I expected.
I'll be back.... This place has amazing brisket :)
