Dr. Pifer herself is great. I feel like she listens to my needs, and is quite accommodating. The issue I have is with the office staff. They don't listen to the questions being asked or they just don't know the answers, and don't make an effort to get a clear answer over the phone. Billing took 3 voicemails and 6 days to finally get someone on the phone. I've seen Pifer for several years now, but after recent events will plan on looking for an office closer to home with better communication.
Dr. Pifer is the most compassionate and caring Family Physician. She always takes her time and listens intently.
Dr. Pifer is a wonderful family physician. She has delivered high level health care for our family for nearly 30 years. She takes the time to listen to patients, consider their problems and then render efficacious treatment or refer them to a specialist who can. Her office staff has been very professional in their dealings with us at all times. She and her staff enjoy my highest level of trust.
My family and I have been seeing Dr. Pifer for years. We cannot say enough good things about her and her staff. When there, it’s like we are the only patients Dr. PIfer and her staff have to see all day! They are so attentive and kind. There’s never a wait. Dr. Pifer is THE BEST! She truly makes herself available for her patients. Dr. PIfer’s associate, Dr. Chavda, is great, too!
I have been going to Dr Pifer for about 15 years and even after I moved back to south Ft Worth I continued to do sober It I will never step foot back In that office again after today. I called to make an appointment for the following week and the guy who took my call which turned out to be her husband is the most unprofessional person I have ever came across in that office. I have been a patient of Dr. Pifer’s for over 20 years. Describing her as wonderful and excellent wouldn’t be enough. She is so caring and very personable.
I have been a patient of "Doc" for over 20 years. I won't see any other Doctor unless she recommends them! She's a keeper, no more needs to be said!
