Took a month to do the appraisal then blamed the loan officer, etc. He finally did the appraisal and wanted to play inspector and delayed the closing for a very minor repair on a fairly new house so he could charge a hidden $100 "re-inspection" fee in addition to the $450 he had already been paid for doing an average job. Find another appraiser, this guy is a dirtbag.
