Super rude receptionist.
Amazing Dr. truly cares and strives to make sure he is do everything in his power to help you out.
His office does not respond to refill requests, he can barely hear (he is quite old: guessing 80), changed dosage on drug that requires labs without requesting labs, wrote the prescription for a future month rather than the current month/day.
Excellent doctor and the best office staff you could ask for! He changed my life!!
