Holly chopped my hair. I made an appointment for a haircut, arrived, sat in the chair, told Holly exactly what I wanted done, and now my hair is a mess. There are literally areas on the back of my head and sides that look like someone took a hedge trimmer to them. It isn't blended or balanced. It isn't even. It's just chopped, and this is not what I asked for. I asked for my hair to be trimmed and for the bangs not to be touched. And, she did the exact opposite, and worse still, left my hair a mess.
