Not too sweet--you can taste the depth of the fruit. Crust tender, flaky, and serious. Flavors brilliant (plum + clove! grapefruit custard!). The most charming folks behind the counter. Next time we are absolutely trying Compose-a-Pie (three wedges of different kinds to make the full circle). Buy pie! Keep them going!

My husband and I stumbled upon this pie shop by happenstance but we will never forget where it is! AMAZING is the best word to describe it. Everything from the food (we had pie and coffee) to the wonderful woman who helped us was great. This is a must try for everyone who enjoys pie.
