The best landlord & apartment management I've dealt with. Ken, Karen, Brittany responded to concerns & maintenance requests promptly. Very professional, they maintained the buildings to the max considering available funds. Rents were reasonable and terms straightforward without a multitude of hidden fees that are so prevalent in other corporate management. Vast majority of neighbors I'v encountered were happy people.
