My friend told me last night that a co worker had neck surgery and the co-workers decided to surprise her with a recliner. they called another store who was advertising a sale. But the price was not as advertised. with the serial # of the recliner they wanted - they called Pies who gave them an excellent price but after hearing why they were buying this - Marty delivered it himself with a minimal delivery charge. We got our mattress, bedroom set and living room furniture from Pies and have been incredibly happy with everything we got from them. Great amd professional customer service. Highly recommend!

we got our mattress set from Pies awesome quality along with awesome customer service from Debbie n Marty they went above and beyond helping find the right mattress for us. They showed us all the types they had and explained the differences to us then they gave us time to lay on them and just take our time making the right decision, never pressured us never hurried us. Great family owned business and they show it!! Keep up the great work guys!!
We have gotten a chair with ottoman, a loveseat, a boxspring and mattress , 2 recliners, a reclining sofa and a kitchen table with chairs at the Batavia Pies Store! Great deals, great customer service and great furniture!!! Thanks Phil and Steve!!!!
